The bar graph indicates the number of companies under different categories and the share of companies with that turnover level among all companies. If you have already set other criteria for your target group, they will be taken into condiseration when the turnovers of companies are calculated. E.g. if you have selected Accommodation and food service activities, wou will see the turnover values for that particular area of activity.
